The "SPHERICALPLATE 5D" is a culture plate that can produce uniform and homogeneous spheroids through its unique three-dimensional microchamber design. Thanks to its distinctive structure and surface treatment, the formation of small fragments is minimized, allowing for the creation of uniform and homogeneous spheroids. If the cells have the property to form spheroids, it is possible to produce up to 9,000 spheroids per plate simply by incubating after seeding, without the need for induction. The size can be adjusted to any desired dimension (within 450 μm) according to the number of cells seeded, contributing to increased research efficiency. There is a proven track record of spheroid production with various cell types.
